CBRE today announced the addition of Gordon Benedict and Courtney Oldenburg to its Advisory & Transaction Services practice in Atlanta. Benedict joins CBRE as a Senior Vice President while Oldenburg joins as a First Vice President.

The team previously worked together at Cushman & Wakefield where they specialized in assisting Industrial & Logistics occupiers. They will continue to specialize in this field and will be strategically integrated with CBRE Atlanta’s market-leading Advisory & Transaction Services teams. Combined, Benedict and Oldenburg have more than 35 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience between them.

“Gordon is someone I’ve known professionally for a long time, and I’ve always admired his business savvy and work ethic. While meeting Courtney this past year, her drive and passion for doing right by her clients has really impressed me and others that I’ve talked to,” said John Ferguson, President of Advisory Services for CBRE in Atlanta. “We are incredibly fortunate to have these two join our Industrial team and I look forward to watching their businesses grow with us.”

Mr. Benedict was most recently a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield and had worked at the company since 2006. Ms. Oldenburg previously served as a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to her time there, she held positions with Group Six Real Estate, The Lynch Group and NASCAR, Inc.

“The sophistication of CBRE’s services has always been intriguing to us,” said Mr. Benedict. “Now that we’re fully on board and have been exposed to the company’s full offerings, we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire platform. We’re confident our clients will feel the same way.”
