Michael Fischer and Kelly Guin Thrash Installed as President, President-Elect of the Atlanta REALTORS Association

Michael Fischer, Associate Broker at Ansley Real Estate, was installed as the 98th President of the Atlanta REALTORS Association (ARA) on December 15th at ARA’s Annual Business Meeting and Awards Ceremony held at the Cherokee Town Club of Buckhead. Kelly Guin Thrash, REALTOR with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, was named President-Elect.


Recognized as the 2019 REALTOR of the Year by the Atlanta REALTORS Association, Michael’s people-centric approach to real estate has built a respected presence in the metro-Atlanta real estate market. Michael has been recognized as a Top Producer for nine consecutive years, appearing in the top 5% of metro-Atlanta REALTORS on an annual basis. Among other industry activities, Michael is also an advocate for real estate on the State and National levels, regularly meeting with elected leaders to ensure Homeownership is a policy priority. At Ansley Real Estate, he is able to provide his clients with top quality service and industry knowledge, while maintaining a strong pulse on rising real estate and economic trends both locally and nationally.

Michael has been recognized by the Atlanta REALTORS Association several times, receiving the 2021 Atlanta REALTOR Captain of Industry and 2019 REALTOR of the Year awards. Additionally, he received the 2021 Georgia REALTORS Young Achiever award. He is a 2014 Atlanta REALTORS Association Leadership Development graduate and a graduate of the 2020 Georgia REALTORS Leadership Academy.
