Spencer Papciak Joins Transwestern as Director of Research

Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Spencer Papciak has joined the firm as Director of Research for the Southeast Region. Based in Atlanta, Spencer will oversee multi-market data and analytic initiatives, leveraging intelligence to optimize insights and drive business decisions.
“Spencer’s experience and perspective will spearhead Transwestern’s delivery of industry-leading analysis and informative findings across business verticals, geographies, property types and investment strategies,” said Kristine Maggio, Transwestern’s Regional Operating Officer for the Southeast. “His ability to produce strategic, data-driven market and business intelligence to our teams, clients and partners will elevate Transwestern’s service capabilities on local, regional and national levels.”
Papciak joins Transwestern from Lincoln Property Company, where he served as Research Manager, responsible for producing market reports and providing data and market analysis to brokers across sectors. His previous experience includes three years as a research associate at Colliers International, focused on business development.
“Transwestern’s extensive resources will allow me to generate timely analytics and actionable insights that guide real estate strategies and decision-making across service lines,” said Papciak. “I’m eager to play an integral role in building a team to enhance Transwestern’s research capacity in the region.”
Papciak earned a B.A. in history from Davidson College, where he lettered on the men’s golf team and served as its captain. In 2014, he co-founded The Burrito Challenge, a local nonprofit that raises money to support substance abuse rehabilitation.
