In his new role, Brannon, who most recently served as director of retail operations, has oversight of Georgia United’s branch network and is responsible for leading the retail team’s engagement with the credit union’s diverse membership. As part of the job, Brannon will travel frequently to Georgia United branch locations and areas within the credit union’s field of membership.

“I look forward to interacting with team members on-site and enhancing a culture centered on member success,” said Brannon, who has experience on the frontlines as a branch manager. “I am extremely grateful for this opportunity to build high-performing teams that positively impact the overall member experience.”

Brannon joined Georgia Union as a senior financial analyst in 2017, after a seven-year tenure with LGE Community Credit Union. With Georgia United, he has been promoted to manager of business intelligence in 2019, to director of business intelligence in 2021, and then director of retail operations in 2022.
