Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta Opens New Marietta Headquarters

Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta, a leading long-term care (LTC) pharmacy, recently opened its new state-of-the-art headquarters in Marietta. The 16,000-square-foot facility features enhanced technology and a more efficient layout, allowing the pharmacy to double its customer capacity and continue providing exceptional service to residents and communities.
Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta enjoyed outstanding year-over-year growth of 25% in 2022. With the relocation, the pharmacy anticipates expanding its workforce by approximately 10% in 2023.
The move comes as Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta celebrates 11 years serving residents in long-term care, including assisted living, skilled nursing, behavioral health communities and group homes as well as individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Greater Atlanta and northern and central Georgia.
At a time when LTC communities are experiencing staffing shortages, Guardian Pharmacy of Atlanta built a larger education and training center that provides in-service and clinical instruction courses for pharmacy employees and community staff members. The pharmacy also heavily invested in the latest technology and automation systems, including Parata dispensing machines, to help staff accurately and efficiently prepare residents’ medications.
