The Providence Group, the premier Atlanta homebuilder and builder of the 2023 Atlanta St. Jude Dream Home at their Millcroft neighborhood in Buford has completed framing and trusses are starting to go up at the home. The Providence Group broke ground on the home on November 18, 2022. The home will be The Kincaid plan which is an open concept, 2,500 square foot design with four-bedrooms and three-bathrooms. The home features a rear entry garage and side courtyard with private covered porch. The home is located in Millcroft, a gated, master-planned community with abundant amenities centrally located in Western Gwinnett just minutes from Suwanee Town Center, downtown Sugar Hill and downtown Buford.  

This is the first time ever the St. Jude Dream Home^® Giveaway has happened in Atlanta. Tickets for the 2023 Atlanta St Jude Dream Home will be available for $100 each starting May 11, 2023, and will support cutting-edge children’s cancer research and world-class treatment by St. Just Children’s Research Hospital. The home will be raffled off on August 3, 2023.
