THRIVE | Coworking, a flexible workspace solution with a commitment to philanthropy and community involvement, today adds a new site within Gwinnett County, Georgia, in Snellville (https://workatthrive.com/snellville/). Planned to open this summer, THRIVE | Snellville is part of the new Grove at Towne Center, an 18-acre project that creates a walkable downtown for Snellville, with nearby resources for families that include parks, plazas, main streets, theaters, markets and medical facilities. THRIVE | Snellville will be located at 2285 Wisteria Dr., on the second floor above the state-of-the-art Gwinnett County Public Library.

“As one of the fastest growing suburbs of Atlanta, Snellville offers all the amenities that THRIVE looks for when opening a new coworking location, including an accessible downtown, community activity spaces, and a business-friendly perspective,” says THRIVE | Coworking Chief Revenue Officer Chris Smith.

THRIVE | Snellville joins the company’s other soon-to-open Gwinnett County locations in Duluth and Suwanee, offering area residents a way to avoid long commutes while still being able to work in a professional environment. According to one survey, more than 75 percent of respondents say a conveniently located office is a must-have for their next job. And companies are listening, recognizing that work can happen outside a traditional office and allowing teams to work from coworking spaces in their own neighborhoods.

In fact, the office of the future might not be just one place, but a series of spaces with different functions: a home office for head-down focused work; suburban coworking spaces closer to where employees live, where teams can work together once or twice a week; and larger regional centers for corporate team-building.

“All of that is important because we know that the post-pandemic workforce wants a hybrid work model, and it’s good to see companies offering those options to attract and retain employees,” says Smith.

THRIVE’s purpose-driven coworking space is designed for that new way to work — to be connected, in a professional, inspiring, collaborative and stylish atmosphere. THRIVE also works directly with enterprises large and small to create custom-tailored hybrid work locations with all the amenities, convenience and culture employees want.

THRIVE | Snellville features free bottomless coffee/tea and snacks, as well as monthly breakfasts, lunches and happy hours, plus an ongoing roster of events and activities, from hikes to hang gliding. THRIVE | Snellville offers several monthly membership levels, from a basic mailbox where a business mailing address is needed, to Shared, Dedicated or Private space, as well as conference rooms for Meetings and Events.

In addition to Snellville, THRIVE | Coworking members have access to workspace in AlpharettaMiltonGainesville, and Canton, GA; Columbus/Franklinton, OH; Charleston, SC; and Asheville and Holly Springs, NC.
