Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has promoted Aileen Almassy to Vice Chair of its Atlanta Office Agency Leasing practice, effective February 20. Almassy is the first female to hold the Vice Chair title in Atlanta and highest-ranking female broker in Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office. 

“Aileen leads top office leasing team in the Atlanta metro area and she has played a critical role in helping clients maximize their office portfolios. Her creativity and passion in the office leasing space will be extremely valuable as we continue to look for growth opportunities for each of our service lines in Atlanta and we’re excited for her to take on an elevated role within the firm,” said Tyler Courtney, Cushman & Wakefield’s Managing Principal in Atlanta.

In her elevated role, Almassy will continue to lead Cushman & Wakefield Atlanta’s Office Agency Leasing practice and the marketing and leasing of several office buildings throughout the metro area. Almassy previously served as Executive Managing Director and has been leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Office Agency Leasing practice for the past nine years. She has been with the firm since 2007 and has extensive experience in the leasing and management of Class A Office properties throughout metro Atlanta.
