Atlanta- based multifamily firm Oxford Properties developed the more than 33-acre project and has engaged award-winning multifamily management company RAM Partners to manage Celadon on Club along with two more Class-A communities coming online this year; The Darnell, also in Gwinnett County, and Mainstead Century Farms in Nashville, Tenn.
