ATC Development promotes Barry Slaymaker, Jr. to Chief Financial Officer

ATC Development is pleased to announce the promotion of Barry Slaymaker, Jr. to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. Barry previously held the position of Vice President of Finance and has been an integral part of the company's growth and success.

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate, construction, and development industry, Barry has held various leadership roles, including sales and operations management, and working as the CFO of a startup. His impressive background and expertise have made him a valuable asset to ATC Development.

Barry holds an MBA with Honors from Emory University, a Bachelors in Business Management from Colorado State University - Global, and an Associate Degree in Construction Management from Gwinnett Technical College. He has an entrepreneurial mindset that he brings to every problem and creatively designs financial structures that support the company's growth and success.

Outside of work, Barry enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and their two daughters, Kinsey and Keely. He is also passionate about helping launch the next generation of entrepreneurs and believes in giving back to his community.

ATC Development, based in Augusta, Ga., began developing multi-family communities in 1973. Its portfolio now consists of 9 properties and over 2,200 units in the Southeastern region. ATC builds, owns and manages its own apartment portfolio - a process, unique to the industry, that the company credits to its sustainable success.
