Jackson Healthcare, a family of highly specialized healthcare staffing, search and technology companies, today announced it has been selected as a finalist in the 2023 Inspiring Workplaces Awards, recognizing the top forward-thinking and people-first organizations in North America.

Now in its 9^th year, the awards program is powered by Inspiring Workplaces Group, an organization championing positive change around the world both inside and outside the office. Its prestigious “Inspiring Workplaces” list recognizes companies of all sizes and industries, including start-ups, non-profits and government entities.

Award program finalists must excel in and achieve high scores across six areas considered critical to cultivating an inspiring workplace: culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, communication and employee experience. This year’s finalists were selected by an independent judging panel for going above and beyond to create outstanding environments and experiences for their workforces.
