Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Announces New Board Appointments

Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta (GSGATL) today announced the addition of five new director at-large appointments to the Board of Directors.

Melanie Duncan – Graphic Packaging, VP of Human Resources Operations and Systems Transformation.Duncan will serve on the Audit and Risk Committee.
LaTonya Johnson – Southern Company Services, Projects Director. Johnson will serve on the Fund Development Committee.
Robert “Robbie” Kamerschen – Greenberg Traurig, LLP, Shareholder. Kamerschen will serve on the Board Development Committee.
Eric Mai – Delta Airlines, Director, Enterprise Risk Management. Mai will serve on the Audit and Risk Committee.
Kimberly Seals – West Monroe, Senior Partner. Seals will serve on the Finance Committee.

GSGATL also announced one non-board committee addition

Kara Rappaport Dutta – Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), Assistant General Counsel and ICE Trade Vault, General Counsel. Dutta will serve on the Fund Development Committee.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance, fiscal oversight, and continued growth of GSGATL, which serves more than 23,000 girls in 34 counties.
