Molly Millard Tapped to Lead Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta Office Tenant Representation Practice

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has promoted Molly Millard to head its Atlanta Office Tenant Representation practice, effective May 1. As Office Tenant Representation Lead, she will oversee approximately 30 brokers and employees and be responsible for team growth, financial performance, and delivery of solutions to clients.

“Molly has been a rising star in our Atlanta office and within our Office Tenant Representation team. Early on, she demonstrated an ability to learn quickly and successfully connect clients with their office space needs. She has a bright future ahead and in this new role will further develop the culture and broader service platform,” said Tyler Courtney, Managing principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta operations.

Millard has specialized in office tenant representation since beginning her career in commercial real estate more than five years ago. She joined Cushman & Wakefield and its Office Tenant Representation team in 2020 and has been serving clients in the professional services sector, representing many law firms and financial firms in lease negotiations for their office space.

“I have always enjoyed the learning and growth opportunities I’ve been exposed to at Cushman & Wakefield and am looking forward to using my experience to make our Office Tenant Representation practice in Atlanta even stronger than it is today,” said Millard regarding her elevated role.


Millard is actively involved in NAIOP’s Georgia Chapter where she was selected by her peers to join the NAIOP Future Leaders 2023 Executive Committee. The highly competitive committee gives young professionals access to networking, events, and other resources to advance their careers. Millard also was appointed to the Zoo Atlanta Leadership Council in 2023 and is currently on the Advisory Board for Caron Treatment Center. At Cushman & Wakefield, she co-leads the firm’s Cushman Cares program in Atlanta, which is a philanthropic initiative designed to bring employees together to support local organizations and causes.


Millard is a graduate of the University of Virginia where she received her bachelor’s degree in English & Literature and was a Varsity Lacrosse player.
