Moore Colson Named Winner of the Divestiture of the Year Award in the 17th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards

Moore Colson, an award-winning accounting, consulting and advisory firm in Atlanta, recently announced it has been named the winner of the Divestiture of the Year award for its receivership of an assisted living facility at the 17th Annual The M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards. The Turnaround Awards recognize the world’s leading distressed and restructuring professionals.
The M&A Advisor presented the Turnaround Awards to winners at their black-tie Awards Gala on March 22, 2023. The awards feature winners in multiple categories, including Restructuring of the Year, Transaction of the Year, Refinancing of the Year, Sector Deal of the Year, Firm of the Year, Turnaround Product or Service of the Year, and Professional of the Year. An independent committee of M&A, restructuring and refinancing industry business leaders judged hundreds of nominees based on the deal profile, challenges and benefits.
