The asset sold for $6,500,000, or $76.46 per square foot.

The Woodland Industrial Park includes four industrial buildings that sit on 8.15 acres of I3-zoned land. The subject properties are located at 1506-1516 Kalamazoo Drive in Griffin, Georgia, less than 40 minutes from Atlanta.
