Center for the Visually Impaired Welcomes New Board Members and Officer

The Center for the Visually Impaired (CVI) is pleased to announce the addition of three new members and one new officer to our governing Board of Trustees. Each of these board members brings a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals who are blind or visually impaired and a commitment to the CVI mission. 

CVI welcomes Nina Myers Johnson, Managing Director, Credit Risk Officer, Wells Fargo Bank, Renewable Energy & Environmental Finance, Cynthia Mokotoff, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Vice President, Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, and David B. Price, Managing Partner, The Beacon Group at Morgan Stanley. Nina has extensive experience in credit risk, underwriting, and portfolio management focused on power, energy, and renewables. Cynthia manages ACVB’s overall people strategy, which includes human resources and management of ACVB’s board of directors. David customizes financial management approaches to fit the unique needs of his clients, including liabilities management.

At its annual meeting the board also elected Bridgette Suttle, Peer Leader and Community Volunteer, as Secretary. James “Scott” Mathews III, III, retired from the CDC, BellSouth and USAF Reserves, continues to serve as Chairman and Montague L. “Cosmo” Boyd IV, Managing Director, The 680 Group, as Vice Chair and Treasurer. Long-time trustee, Terri E. Lawson, CPA, CDFA, Partner, Frazier & Deeter, LLC completed her term and moves to the CVI Foundation board of trustees.
