Lincoln Property Company Southeast Selected to Lease Kennesaw Office Building

Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has been awarded the leasing assignment for 1075 Big Shanty Rd, a premier office building located in Kennesaw, Georgia. Lincoln’s Executive Vice President Michael Howell, Vice President Caroline Fisher and Leasing Associate Robert deGolian will handle leasing on behalf of the owner, The Atlantic Companies

Located off of Chastain Road less than a mile from I-75, the 72,000-square-foot 1075 Big Shanty boasts 15.37 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in the dynamic Town Center area of Kennesaw. The building is in close proximity to Kennesaw State University, as well as ample retail, dining and entertainment destinations including the Town Center Mall.

Last year, Lincoln was awarded the leasing assignment for Chastain Meadows, another asset owned by The Atlantic Companies in the Kennesaw market. Located off Chastain Road, Chastain Meadows includes three Class-A, single-story office buildings each totaling just over 43,000 square feet and one Class-A light industrial building totaling 38,400 square feet. The property sits a half-mile from Exit 3 (Chastain Rd) off of I-575. The property recently underwent an extensive renovation, including new exterior paint, monument and wayfinding signage, refreshed landscaping and a newly constructed outdoor amenity area for tenants, complete with seating and outdoor games.

The properties can accommodate between 6,000 square feet to 43,000 square feet at Chastain Meadows, and up to 20,000 square feet at 1075 Big Shanty.

Both properties are in close proximity to an abundance of nearby amenities, including the Town Center at Cobb retail district, the Noonday Creek Trail within walking distance of the property, and a number of dining, shopping and entertainment options in Kennesaw’s main business district. Kennesaw State University also sits nearby the two properties, offering access to the school’s diverse talent pool.
