The Maple Street Collection of homes showcases a wide variety of plans featuring open-concept living with multipurpose lofts, luxurious owner’s suites, gourmet kitchens and more. Buyers can personalize their new home at the Fischer Homes Lifestyle Design Center, where they can choose flooring, cabinets, countertops and more.

The Wesley, just one of the floorplans that will be offered, features up to four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This charming two-story home offers a spacious kitchen with a large serving island with room for searing. A private staircase in the back of the home leads to 3 bedrooms with a loft or optional 4th bedroom. Additional features of the Wesley include a living room/study and a convenient 1st-floor laundry room.

Prospective buyers are encouraged to join the VIP list. This offers priority access updates on special events and development progress. Additionally, those on the VIP List will be the first to preview available floorplans and pricing. To register for the Cherry Glen VIP List, call or text 404-620-6814.
