JLL today announces its property management team has been selected to manage a seven-property, 428,859-square-foot industrial portfolio located across the Atlanta MSA, on behalf of building owners Onward Investors. The portfolio is currently leased to 23 tenants. JLL Senior Vice President Wendy Tomich and Property Manager Art Mezzullo will lead management efforts for the assignment.  

The portfolio is strategically located in Atlanta’s most accessible industrial submarkets. With premier access to major highways such as I-20 and I-285, and just miles from nearby Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the properties provide tenants with seamless connectivity to the region’s expansion distribution network.

The portfolio assignment comes on the heels of JLL Property Management’s continued growth and momentum across in the Southeast. Recent wins include Realco’s 440,113-square-foot portfolio that spans eight buildings across Peachtree Corners, Alpharetta, Johns Creek and Suwanee; Manulife’s 1 million-square-foot industrial asset in Locust Grove; and Clarion’s 915,000-square-foot industrial properties in Buford and Austell. Additionally, in June, the team hired Senior Vice President Amanda Madrid, who is playing a pivotal role in growing JLL’s Southeast portfolio through property and asset management.

Currently 96% leased, the East West portfolio houses 23 tenants across seven single-story buildings. 440-490 and 500 Great SW Parkway, as well as 1033-1045 LaGrange Blvd. SW, are located within Atlanta’s South Fulton submarket; 5335-5353 Snapfinger Woods Drive is in Decatur, Georgia; and 4508 Bibb Blvd., 2081 Kilman Drive and 2090 Tucker Industrial Road are in Tucker, Georgia. Notable tenants within the portfolio include Atlanta Service Warehouse, FM Exhibits, Megna Plastic Packaging, Home Chef, DoorDash and Atlanta’s Finest Linens, among others.
