The annual Forbes 400 list of the richest people in the world has been released for 2023. The richest of the rich is once again Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and primary owner of X (formerly known as Twitter), with a net worth of $251 billion. Second place went to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos with $161 billion and third went to Larry Ellison, chairman of the software company Oracle, with $158 billion.
