Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the 500,220-square-foot industrial leasing assignment for 600 Price Road, a Class-A industrial building that is part of The Cubes at Locust Grove development project in Henry County.

James Phillpott, Helen Cauthen, and Connor Larkin of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office will oversee leasing efforts for the building on behalf of the real estate development and investment firm, CRG.

“After successfully helping a major tenant locate the site for their new facility at The Cubes at Locust Grove, we recognized the superiority of the location including access to the site, labor force, and partnership with the community. We wanted to be a part of the park’s development moving forward and are grateful for the opportunity to partner with CRG to identify users for their 600 Price Road building,” said Helen Cauthen, at Cushman & Wakefield.

Breaking ground this year, 600 Price Road will offer 500,220 square feet of space that can be divided, if necessary, to accommodate a variety of user needs. Additional features will include 185-foot truck courts, 122 dock doors equipped with 40,000-pound capacity levelers on every other door, 40-foot minimum clear heights, dedicated spec office space, parking for both vehicles and drop trailers on-site, and unobstructed access to Interstate 75.

Featuring six buildings and more than six million square feet of total space, The Cubes at Locust Grove is the premier location for industrial tenants in Henry County.
