What:  The Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) has announced an Industry Forum will be held for the Statewide Broadband Network OMC project (P.I. No. 0015924). The project will provide maintenance of the portion of the network dedicated to Georgia DOT’s use (“GDOT Network”) and the operation, maintenance, and commercialization of the portion of the network dedicated to OMC’s use (“Commercial Network”), comprised of the network delivered through three design-build projects.
 
The Industry Forum will cover the scope, procurement schedule, contracting structure, and commercial terms for the Statewide Broadband Network OMC Project. Additionally, the procurement team will host confidential one-on-one meetings, which will be held via Microsoft Teams. 

When: Wednesday, October 11, 2023

• Interested attendees are strongly encouraged to preregister for the Industry Forum. Registered attendees will be emailed an early access link to the presentation on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 8 a.m. EST.

• Within 24 hours (Wednesday, October 11, 2023), the prerecorded Industry Forum presentation will be posted to the Public Private Partnerships (P3) Program web page with the link to the presentation and a list of registered attendees, including contact information.

• One-on-one meetings will be held on October 11, 2023, through October 12, 2023.

• For additional information refer to the Notice of Intent to Advertise(NOIA) located on the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR).
