JW Collection, the legacy business of legendary home builder John Wieland, earned 10 awards at Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s 2023 OBIE Awards. As one of the industry’s most prestigious award opportunities, JW Collection was recognized for the prolific design and development of several metro Atlanta homes and communities with five gold and four silver wins. The firm was also recognized with Master Plan Community of the Year for its South on Main neighborhood.

• GOLD WINNER: Best Brochure – Community – The Enclave on Lavista, created in collaboration with Hilltop Design Group

• SILVER WINNER: Best Flyer/Mailer – Homeward Newspaper

• SILVER WINNER: Best Building Design - Detached Model $600,000 and $699,999 – Lakeside at River Green Homesite G5, The Bentley Model

• SILVER WINNER: Best Building Design - Attached Model (All Builders) $500,000 to $599,999 – The Heritage at Acworth Homesite 22, The Wentworth Model

• SILVER WINNER: Single Family Attached (All Builders) $500,000 to $599,999 – The Heritage at Acworth Homesite 24, The Wagner

Presented each year by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards began in 1980 to recognize outstanding achievement in the home building industry. Since then, the program has grown to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards are considered a premier award in the Atlanta home building industry.
