Lincoln Property Company Secures Over 40,000 Square Feet of Transactions at Westside Collective

Lincoln Property Company (Lincoln) announced today that it has secured four new leases and a lease renewal at Westside Collective, a collection of four adaptive reuse, creative office projects in Atlanta’s West Midtown neighborhood. Lincoln Executive Vice Presidents Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell and Leasing Associate Maia Perri oversee leasing on behalf of ownership, a joint venture between institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Global Alternatives and Crestlight Capital.

New deals include:

  • Up Entertainment, a broadcast media production and distribution company, signed a 19,715-square-foot lease at Ellsworth Office Lofts. Chad Koenig and Katelyn Fabian of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

  • Story Church Atlanta signed a 10,290-square-foot lease at Inland Tract. Scott Davenport of Cone Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.

  • Labrador Regulated Information Transparency, Inc., a business consulting firm with expertise in compliance, signed a 3,831-square-foot lease at COMPLEX. Ben Woodall of Capital Real Estate Group represented the tenant.

  • Digital Matter, a designer and manufacturer of GPS and IoT devices, signed a 3,994-square-foot lease at Ellsworth Office Lofts. Maren Christian of JLL represented the tenant.

CHASM Architecture, LLC also renewed its 4,963-square-foot lease at the Ellsworth Office Lofts. Detra Reid of CBRE represented the tenant.

Westside Collective spans four sites in close proximity and features 11 buildings with a mix of uses. Situated on the corner of Chattahoochee Avenue and Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard, COMPLEX is a 108,563-square-foot reclaimed warehouse offering adaptive and sustainable showrooms, retail and creative loft office space. Puritan Mill is an 82,062-square-foot loft-office redevelopment offering a blend of historical and modern elements and includes 1.87-acres of future Beltline-fronting development opportunities. Ellsworth comprises 90,817 square feet of adaptive re-use office space featuring ample parking, build-ready interiors, natural light and easy access to West Midtown’s retail, dining and entertainment opportunities. Inland Tract is a single-story, 77,143-square-foot flex office building located on the corner of Huff Road and Menlo Drive.
