Lincoln Property Company Southeast (Lincoln) has negotiated a new lease totaling over 27,000 square feet at Barrett Summit, a creative office park in Kennesaw, Georgia. Lincoln Vice President Matt Fergus and Vice President Seabie Hickson oversee leasing for the property on behalf of the owner, Tioga Capital, LLC.

Plateau Excavation signed the lease at Barrett Summit, represented by David Dixon of NAI Brannen Goddard. Plateau Excavation is one of the leading site infrastructure contractors in the Southeast and is headquartered in Austell, Georgia.

Barrett Summit features three office buildings located on Vaughn Road in Kennesaw, just a few miles from Cobb Parkway and I-75. The complex provides 10,000 square feet to 180,000 square feet of creative office space for lease. Tioga Capital, an Atlanta-based real estate investing firm, recently implemented significant improvements to the 23-year-old complex including exterior painting, updated landscaping and new monument signage.

The property is strategically located in a dense commercial hub of Kennesaw, surrounded by 77 food and drink options, nine hotels and a number of fitness and entertainment centers within a three-mile radius. Barrett Summit is less than three miles away from Cobb County International Airport, and in close proximity to established residential neighborhoods.
