Loyalty Made Simple: Southern Prosper Hospitality Group Launches New Proper Rewards Mobile App and Rewards Program

Southern Proper Hospitality Group (SPHG) has launched a new Proper Rewards mobile app and loyalty program to simplify the guest experience and reward those who dine at its participating restaurants including The Big Ketch Saltwater GrillThe Blind Pig Parlour BarGypsy KitchenThe Southern GentlemanMilton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, Chido & Padre’s, Ocean & Acre, and Tin Lizzy’s Cantina

“Southern Proper continues to look for ways to enrich the guest experience and making life easier is one of those ways,” says partner Chris Hadermann. “Our new SPHG Proper Rewards mobile app makes each step—from finding a restaurant to making a reservation to even ordering—as effortless as possible. We’re excited for our guests to start earning rewards at all our restaurant locations.”  

The new SPHG Proper Rewards mobile app allows guests to seamlessly find a nearby restaurant, make a reservation and view account balance and transaction history. They also can place online orders for Tin Lizzy’s, redeem rewards and contact support if needed. 

With the simplified SPHG Proper Rewards program, loyalty pays off. Southern Proper guests register a credit or debit card in the app and dine as usual at any Southern Proper restaurant or place an online order at Tin Lizzy’s.

When dining or ordering online, they earn:

  • One point for every dollar spent on food and drinks (before tax and gratuity) 

  • A $25 reward for every 250 points accrued

  • 100 points for signing up

  • A $10 birthday reward
