The Terraces at Peachtree Hills Place has named Atlanta senior health care leader Gloria Clemares as director of health services sales and marketing, overseeing assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation at the Peachtree Hills Place luxury residential community for those 55 and older in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta. As such, she is responsible for the strategic marketing of health services at Peachtree Hills Place as well as helping families successfully navigate both housing and care options. 

“As a fixture in the Atlanta senior housing marketplace, Gloria understands that our relationship-based person-directed household model of care is what sets us apart from other senior living options in Atlanta,” said Andy Isakson, founder and managing partner at Isakson Living, which developed and operates Peachtree Hills Place. “Her leadership will help to establish a benchmark of care and services in the Atlanta marketplace that is led by The Terraces.”

Clemares has 25 years of senior housing experience, working both at the local and national level. Most recently, she was responsible for sales and marketing at a nationally-owned Buckhead community that provides assisted living and memory care for more than 100 residents. Prior to that, she served in several management roles for a regional senior living provider, including director of social services and discharge planning, marketing director and community relations liaison. Previously, she worked in the healthcare indstry as a marketing director for a local oncology practice.

Clemares holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Barry University. Originally from Brooklyn and Far Rockaway, New York, she has resided in Atlanta for more than 35 years and is an active member of the community.
