Traton Homes is requesting donations of new and unwrapped toys for their 2023 Cobb Christmas toy drive running now through Tuesday, December 12, 2023. This year’s goal is to once again stuff a Cobb County Transit bus with toys to provide Cobb County children with a magical Christmas celebration. While toys for all ages are always welcomed, there is a special need this year of toys for children ages nine through 13.

“We hope all of our Cobb County friends and residents will join us again this holiday season in supporting families across the county by donating new, unwrapped toys to our efforts,” says Kimberly Garwood, Director of Marketing for Traton Homes. “Toys can be dropped off at any of our Cobb County communities as well as our corporate office located at 720 Kennesaw Avenue in Marietta.”

For nearly two decades, the Marietta-based builder has sponsored the efforts of Cobb Christmas and since the beginning of this partnership, Traton Homes has gathered and donated thousands of toys. Contributions come from the company, as well as employees, vendors and generous community members.

Cobb Christmas, a non-profit and non-denominational organization, is dedicated to aiding low-income and working-poor families in Cobb County during the holiday season. With the assistance of hundreds of volunteers, each child receives three age-appropriate gifts, bringing cheer and support to the community.
