Nancy Woode and Erinn Pearson Join Aon Atlanta Office as Managing Directors

Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today further enhanced the firm’s property risk leadership with the appointment of Nancy Woode and Erinn Pearson as managing directors. Woode and Pearson will both be based in Aon’s Atlanta office and report to Rick Miller, U.S. property leader for Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions.

Woode previously served as a partner in and head of U.S. property for McGill and Partners, specializing in large property placements. Prior to joining McGill and Partners in April 2021, she led the North America Property Practice for Willis Towers Watson.

Pearson previously served as a partner on the complex property and casualty for McGill and Partners, with a focus on Fortune 500 clients with heavy natural catastrophe exposures. Prior to McGill, Pearson served as the Northeast property broking leader for Willis Towers Watson.
