Vinings Jubilee, owned by commercial real estate developer Paces Properties, is ending the year by expanding its center and welcoming three additional tenants! Last month, Vinings Jubilee welcomed the first of its new shops, blow dry bar Drybar. This December, candle bar and boutique Sea Love will also join the center, followed by California Closets in 2024, which offers custom-designed closets and storage solutions.
 
“We’re excited to welcome these three tenants to the property, and we’re confident that our loyal Vinings visitors, as well as new shoppers, will enjoy them,” said Paces Properties President & CEO David Cochran. “Each offers a new convenience or resource to our community – we have it all right here at Vinings Jubilee.”
 
Originally founded in 2010, Drybar is a California-based chain of hair salons that specializes in a variety of blowout hairstyles. Drybar also offers its own line of hair care products and tools, including detox dry shampoos, styling treatments, blow dryers, and more, in addition to a service membership. Drybar’s Vinings location (Suite 600, 1,500 square feet) is now open, with booking available on its website.
 
Sea Love (Suite 246, 1,096 square feet) is set to open its doors in early December. Sea Love has a total of seven locations across the country, with the upcoming Vinings shop being its first to open in Georgia. The store offers a variety of candles, aroma melts, diffusers, room sprays, and more.

Most exciting, Sea Love also hosts candle-making classes, allowing customers to make their own customized candles in-store with multiple options for jars and scents. Candle-making classes are a fun, unique offering to the Vinings neighborhood and serve as the perfect casual activity for a special occasion, date, or even a simple girls' day out. Class reservations are available for booking here. While Sea Love is opening its doors this year, the shop plans to host official grand opening festivities in early 2024. Set to arrive in 2024, California Closets (Suite 228, 1,917 square feet) is the third new retailer slated to open at Vinings Jubilee. California Closets specializes in building custom closets and other home organizational systems. Homeowners can sign up for a free consultation with the company, which will then create a 3D design model of the project, custom-build it, and send a team of professionals to install it in the home. The store will also feature a showroom featuring displays of design projects and California Closet product offerings. Drybar, Sea Love, and California Closets join an already bustling lineup of tenants at Vinings Jubilee including eateries such as Another Broken Egg, bartaco, Café at Pharr, Cold Stone Creamery, HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, Mellow Mushroom, SOHO, Southern Baked Pie Company, Stockyard Burgers & Bones, and Sweet as Heaven Goodies; fitness studios such as Orangetheory Fitness, Osteostrong, Pure Barre, Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy, and SweatHouz Infrared Sauna; servicers such as A+ Pediatric Dentistry of Atlanta, Beth Bristow Tutorial Services, Boardroom Salon for Men, Dermani Medspa, ketteQ, Sugarcoat, Sweet Peach Wax Studio, The Collective A Salon, Vinings Alterations, and WellStar Medical Group Family Medicine; and retailers + specialty stores such as Banana Republic, CVS Pharmacy, Etc.
