Kistler McDougall, an industry leader in the fabrication and installation of exterior facades and daylighting solutions, has refreshed its brand image, shortened its name to “Kistler,” revamped its website, and unveiled a new logo design. The rebrand comes as the company celebrates 40 years in business and makes further investments in innovation to fuel future growth and success.

“While Kistler is updating our exterior brand image, the core of what makes our business great stays the same – deep expertise in the industry and a commitment to get the job done from start to finish,” says Bhrett Kistler, president of Kistler. “We are excited about the future and our growing investment in new technology and advanced tools, which will bring new and improved products and solutions to the construction industry.”

Kistler specializes in aluminum composite material (ACM) and exterior cladding, daylighting, and fenestration. The company’s portfolio includes some of North America’s most recognizable universities, airports, hospitals, and corporate buildings, including Duke University, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Arnold Palmer Hospital, and Norton Museum of Art, among others. Kistler has completed projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and the Caribbean, and is expanding into other territories.

The new brand image and logo design elevates Kistler from a traditional to a modern look that reflects the company’s forward-thinking solutions. The logo is sleek and dynamic, which exemplifies Kistler’s advanced architectural construction solutions.

Kistler is known for its expertise in the exterior metal skin market, but its range of products and services is constantly evolving and expanding to meet customer needs, including the addition of Kalwall Translucent Panel Systems and Solatube International Daylighting Solutions. Kistler is actively investing in new technology to improve services, including the addition of 3D laser scanning, which provides highly accurate information for precise installs on every project.

“We want to not only create safe, energy-efficient, and aesthetically pleasing buildings, but we also seek to improve lives by adding natural light to spaces. Natural light has been shown to positively impact mood, productivity, and overall health,” says Kurt Kistler, vice president of Kistler. “We look forward to continuing to provide new solutions that meet even the most complex and challenging design and construction goals.”
