Mellow Mushroom – the stone-baked pizza titan with 160+ locations nationwide – announces its forthcoming restaurant is set to open this summer at The Boulevard at Grant Park, a luxury apartment community that boasts 300 feet of at-grade frontage along the Atlanta Beltline. Bringing a new model that’s unique from existing locations, Mellow Mushroom in Grant Park will feature a counter service ordering experience, improved back-of-house technology and new, modern menu flavor profiles for both food and beverage.

 

Joining the ranks of the neighborhood’s exciting food and beverage scene, the newly rebranded concept will mark the brand’s first new location in its headquartered city of Atlanta since 2019 and will be the first Mellow Mushroom in the neighborhood. Centrally located on the corner of Boulevard and the Southside Trail of the Beltline, the 3,400-square-foot space will anchor The Boulevard at Grant Park, a lively, upscale apartment community from Charleston-based developer Middle Street Partners. The Grant Park location will also debut two outdoor, BeltLine-facing patios, perfect for al fresco drinking, dining and soaking in city views throughout Atlanta’s extended patio season. Brokers Stewart Wallace and Jared Touchstone with SK Commercial Realty represented Middle Street Partners on the lease with Mellow Mushroom.

Touted for its cult-like following and counterculture essence, Mellow Mushroom blends the boundaries between art, music, high quality ingredients and passionate standards for dining. Widely known as the originator of hand-tossed, stone-baked, one-of-a-kind pizza, the main menu – anchored by its coveted “secret dough” recipe – boasts cult-favorite pizzas.
