Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider, today announced that Brad Hill has been named vice president of construction operations in the Southeast region. In this role, Hill will now be responsible for all preconstruction and construction activities across the seven states within the Southeast Region.  This includes teams of construction professionals based in Tampa, FL and Atlanta, GA and will spread across all of our sectors including industrial, multifamily, senior living, healthcare, build-to-suit and education. In 2023, Ryan’s Southeast Region executed over $350 million in work. 

Over his decade-long career at Ryan, Hill has delivered more than $1 billion worth of projects. In his previous position as director of construction, Hill led design-build projects from inception to completion, working closely with architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality developments on time and within budget, as well as overseeing billings and cost projections on each project. His expertise spans several sectors, including industrial, healthcare, retail, K-12, higher education and life sciences. Together with Ryan’s Southeast leadership team, Hill helped develop execution standards to be deployed throughout the region. He also managed successful credit submission processes for two LEED-certified buildings.

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, Hill has overseen more than two million square feet of construction projects across the Southeast including Feeding America Tampa Bay, The Surgery Center of the Villages, IFF Global Citrus Innovation Center at Florida Polytechnic University, Charter Schools USA and more. Hill is also a Certified Healthcare Constructor, an American Hospital Association member and a LEED Accredited Professional.
