Following a major growth year in 2023, Engel & Völkers is kicking off 2024 by joining forces with another successful agency. Christa Huffstickler, CEO of leading luxury brokerage, Engel & Völkers Atlanta, announced today the integration of Davis & Hawbaker Real Estate, a local and established firm with relationships and expertise in Atlanta, Smyrna, Marietta, Sandy Springs, Canton and other communities.  

Founded in 2020 by Greg Davis and Jimmy Hawbaker, the firm had strong growth in its first few years, with their business nearly tripling in their second year and quadrupling by their fourth year. 

“The opportunity to be a part of the Engel & Völkers platform, which is unparalleled in Atlanta and around the world, was too good to pass up,” said Davis. “We admire the leadership that Christa has shown and the robust suite of offerings that will allow us to better serve our clientele from a marketing, positioning, and executional perspective.”

This deal is the latest expansion news for Engel & Völkers in Atlanta. Just last year, Huffstickler added Engel & Völkers Sandy Springs, Engel & Völkers Buckhead and Engel & Völkers North Atlanta to her portfolio and opened Engel & Völkers North Georgia Mountains in Blue Ridge. In addition to the market-wide territory-wide absorption, Engel & Völkers Atlanta saw an increase of sales by 11%, compared to the year before, launched two new developments and closed out sales at two new developments.
