SSG Realty Partners LLC (SSG) has promoted Peyton Stinson to Regional Partner and Director of SSG’s Residential Land Group. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for negotiating the acquisition and disposition of significant land tracts and strategic development sites across Georgia and the Southeastern United States.

Stinson brings a wealth of experience to the new division, with a strong background in real estate market research, product development, sales, housing and consumer services and customer service.

As Director of SSG’s Residential Land Group, Stinson will play a crucial role in navigating the dynamic real estate landscape. His responsibilities include managing the acquisition and disposition of major land tracts and development sites, focusing on single-family and townhome residential communities, multifamily apartment and condominium developments, student housing and build-for-rent communities.
