RocaPoint Partners shares today that the restaurant company known for the Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and signature hospitality will open at Halcyon this spring. The new 5,300-square-foot Chick-fil-A is currently under construction and located within Halcyon’s Phase III. Additionally, Chase Bank and Five Guys will open in Phase III of the mixed-use development.

Adjacent to the Chick-fil-A site is a 13,000-square-foot commercial building designed by AKA Studio that will be home to several retailers including Five Guys. The fast-casual restaurant will open a 2,400-square-foot storefront serving signature burgers, fries and more. Next to Five Guys is Chase Bank’s new 3,500-square-foot branch, which is set to open this fall. Halcyon’s Phase III will also include a high-end grocer that will be announced later this year

Halcyon’s Phase III is located on the Big Creek Greenway trailhead side near the intersection of Oak Farm Drive and McFarland Parkway, across from the successful Halcyon Village community.
