Secretary Raffensperger Praises SCOTUS Decision Upholding Texas Border Response

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger praised the Supreme Court’s decision on Tuesday after refusing to block Texas from implementing its own policies in regard to illegal immigration, stating:
“The southern border is in crisis,” emphasized Raffensperger. “As Biden continues to fail to secure our borders, states have no choice but enacting their own measures. Our main objective continues to be banning noncitizen voting and preventing foreign interference in Georgia's elections.”
