Atlantic Station, a 138-acre neighborhood spanning 19 city blocks in Midtown Atlanta, and The Car Park, a premier parking management company, have announced a long-term partnership effective May 2024. The Car Park will take over as the parking operator for Atlantic Station, managing its expansive parking facilities and transportation services, including the retail and restaurant district’s three-level parking deck with 6,000 spaces, over 200 metered parking spaces and shuttle services around the neighborhood as well as to and from MARTA.

The move to The Car Park comes after a 20-year contract with REEF/Lanier Parking came to a close.
