The real estate practice of GSH Attorneys (Goggans, Stutzman, Hudson, Wilson & Mize, LLP), is excited to announce accomplished real estate attorney Ashley Freedman has joined the firm.

Ashley represents developers, builders, purchasers, sellers and lenders in transactions at all phases of residential real estate, from land acquisition and development to closing homebuyer sales and refinancing. Ashley’s practice benefits from her experience litigating and negotiating title disputes and challenging property tax assessments.

After practicing at a large law firm, Ashley transition to public service as an Assistant Regional Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel of the Social Security Administration. In this role, she advised and represented the agency in employment law matters.

An Atlanta native, Ashley earned her J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was a member of the Editorial Board of the Georgia Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. Ashley also completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia as a participant in the prestigious Honors Program. She studied Spanish and French and continues to maintain minimum professional proficiency in both languages.
