Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Announces New Board Appointments

Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta (GSGATL) today announced the addition of five director-at-large appointments to the Board of Directors. 

New appointees include: 
 
Dr. Allison Calhoun-Brown – Georgia State University, SVP for Student Success & Chief Enrollment Officer. Calhoun-Brown will serve on the Fund Development Committee 

Alison Rand – Primerica, Chief Financial Officer. Rand will serve on the Finance Committee 

Irena Snider – SG Credit Partners, Chief Financial Officer. Snider will serve on the Finance Committee 

Rick Machold – Conduent, VP, Global Head of Audit. Machold will serve on the Audit and Risk Committee  

Romaine Seguin – Good 360, Chief Executive Officer. Sequin will serve on the Board Development Committee

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance, fiscal oversight, and continued growth of GSGATL, which serves more than 23,000 girls in 34 counties.
