Land development on the 41-acre site started in November 2023 and was completed in June 2024. From there, vertical construction began immediately, with phased home turnovers starting March 2025. The project is currently in final punchout and remains on schedule for full turnover by early 2025.

Upon completion, the investor will receive a fully finished, stabilized asset with 244 homes, a gated entrance, clubhouse, pool, fitness center and dog park.
