Hire Dynamics (hiredynamics.com), a 10-time winner of ClearlyRated’s Best in Staffing award for superior service as rated by both clients and talent, announced it has acquired Trace Staffing Solutions, a commercial staffing company headquartered in Savannah, Ga. The combined company will serve more than 2,000 clients and put more than 10,300 people to work each week, making it the largest commercial staffing company focused in the Southeast.

Hire Dynamics, headquartered in Atlanta, has 36 branches in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, with remote onsite operations in Alabama and North Carolina. It was founded in 2001 by Dan Campbell and Jon Neff with the mission to be the #1 staffing company you refer to a friend and has earned client and talent satisfaction ratings that merit ClearlyRated’s “Best in Staffing” award recognizing the top 2% of the 10,000+ staffing companies in the U.S. for the last 10 years. Additionally, it has been voted a “Best Place to Work” by its employees in Atlanta, Charlotte, Greenville and Nashville.

Trace Staffing Solutions has 16 branches in North Carolina, South Carolina, Northern Florida and Virginia, with remote onsites in Alabama, Illinois and Texas. Like Hire Dynamics, Trace Staffing Solutions is known for its focus on client and talent service and has been awarded Best of the Best in Savannah and Statesboro, Ga., and is a Charleston’s Choice Winner.

The transaction closed Nov. 18, 2019. Hire Dynamics senior leadership remains in place and Trace’s senior leadership have joined Hire Dynamics. MSouth Equity Partners, a leading Southeast private equity company headquartered in Atlanta, has majority ownership of Hire Dynamics. Trace Staffing Solutions was owned by Amzak Capital Management, a private investment firm owned by the Kazma family.
