Georgia Power regional leadership recently provided a $20,000 donation to the Atlanta BeltLine project to continue to provide stretches of parks, trails and transit across 45 neighborhoods in the city.
Dedicated to being a “citizen wherever they serve” in communities across Georgia, Georgia Power continues to support the Atlanta BeltLine’s efforts to elevate Atlanta as a globally competitive city that is attracting new residents and businesses, while driving economic development.
Georgia Power works closely with the Atlanta BeltLine to provide funding, volunteering and board service to assist in the creation of economically and culturally vibrant, walkable, sustainable, mixed-income communities that are connected physically, civically and socially, while leading to a high quality of life for Atlanta’s residents.
