Acclaimed custom homebuilder, Chathambilt Homes, known for their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship, has been named Georgia’s top craftsman homebuilder by Home Builder Digest, a national online magazine focusing on the nation’s best home builders, remodelers and architects in the residential housing industry.

Widely respected for its long-standing expertise in luxury homebuilding, Chathambilt Homes is the most awarded residential contractor in north Atlanta. The company is a perennial winner of the prestigious Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s (GAHBA) OBIE Awards, which recognizes outstanding homebuilding, along with several additional awards in homebuilding, design, construction and marketing. Chatham has also earned several awards as a family-owned business. Most recently, Chathambilt was awarded a Modern Luxury Interiors Atlanta 2020 Real Estate Award in the Best New Home Builder category.

Gabe Chatham, vice president of Chathambilt Homes, serves as the 2020 President of GAHBA. He was sworn in earlier this year by his father, David Chatham, who served as president of the association in 1985 and is a past recipient of the GAHBA’s highly regarded Lewis Cenker Award for lifetime achievement in the industry.

A leader in the industry for more than 70 years and now in its third generation, Chathambilt Homes has built more than 5,500 luxury estates and developed more than 150 neighborhoods throughout the metro Atlanta area.

“We are honored to receive this recognition from Home Builder Digest and Modern Luxury Interiors,” said Myles Chatham, Chathambilt Homes vice president of marketing. “We pride ourselves on providing the finest craftsmanship and design in every home we build. We have decades of relationships with the best architects, contractors and designers in the business, and we leverage our teams to produce showcase custom homes in metro Atlanta.”
