Overall, Taylor’s role includes coaching and mentorship of the firm’s diverse attorneys for career development and progression, engagement with partners and firm leaders to involve diverse attorneys in substantive client work and firm matters, and driving the firm’s institutional DEI programs and initiatives. Taylor has more than 20 years of executive experience in various organizations in which she helped businesses achieve success.
“Whether in banking, government, or nonprofit, I have seen the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion on how organizations achieve their business strategies,” Taylor said. “I am very excited to use my experience to lead the DEI efforts at Nelson Mullins. The firm has demonstrated its strong commitment to diversity and I am looking forward to helping the firm achieve its objectives in this area.”
