The Greater North Fulton Chamber recognizes that nothing is more important to the growth of business and success of our region than attracting and retaining top talent. With that goal in mind, the Mentor Match Program was designed to support our NextGen Connects mission to engage, recognize and develop future leaders in North Fulton. Selected mentees have been paired with an accomplished, high-level professional from a broad array of commercial, nonprofit and government backgrounds. Professional mentors will help shape these young professional’s futures by sharing knowledge and providing a firsthand glimpse of life and work in North Fulton.

“It is my honor to work with Jason Perez, LGE’s Alpharetta financial center manager in the GNFCC Mentor Match program,” said Mentor Alan Najjar, Smith & Howard. “Good mentors were invaluable in shaping my banking career, and I am fully committed to repaying ‘the system’ by investing quality time in Jason’s professional and personal development.”

We believe that at the conclusion of the Match Program in November, both mentors and mentees will find that growth and learning have been mutually beneficial, and that the partnership will be life changing.

The seven Match Pairings will meet regularly during the eight month program including organized group check-ins to assess effectiveness.  . LGE Community Credit Union is the sponsor of the Chamber’s Next Gen Connects Mentor Match Program.
