Atlanta Crowned the Best City for Remote Workers

With remote work still an option for many Americans, we wanted to see exactly what the recipe for a great remote city is. Among the 54 cities in our analysis, Atlanta came out 1st as the city that best sets up remote workers for success.
Here are more findings from our report:

With 24 shared office spaces per 100K residents, Atlanta ranks 1st for the density of coworking places among our top 10 entries.

Additionally, Atlanta boasts the highest availability of public Wi-Fi networks per 100,000 residents, which allows for maximum flexibility for freelancers and remote workers alike.

The city also ranks high for its local internet speed – 2nd place with 468.8 Mb/s – as well as its enticing entertainment scene – 3rd place, boasting 682 such establishments per 100K residents.

Overall, southern cities have the highest number of entries in the top 10, due to their lower cost of living and unrivalled entertainment scene.
