Sterling Seacrest Pritchard hosted a Summer Leadership Program on June 29th for local high school and college students interested in learning more about a career in risk management. 

SSP invited students to hear from industry leaders about current trends, employee recruitment, retention initiatives, and how to create a successful career path. In addition, a panel of Sterling Seacrest Pritchard client advisors addressed the students on various aspects of the industry, including specifics on practice areas such as Property & Casualty, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefits. 

“Our goal for this program was to provide students with an organized platform which allowed them to learn more about our industry and best practices on establishing a successful career path in risk management,” said John Miller, Chairman of the Board for Sterling Seacrest Pritchard. “We are excited about the number of students that attended this initial event and look forward to its continued growth.”
