Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, Truist, and BoardWalk Consulting Present the 13th Annual Nonprofit Leadership Conference

Nonprofit leaders from across the southeast recently attended the 13th Annual Nonprofit Leadership Conference presented by Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, Truist, and BoardWalk Consulting. Since its inception in 2011, the Nonprofit Leadership Conference has achieved its mission to both inspire and connect nonprofit leaders. 

The conference was held Wednesday, October 9th at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. This year’s sold-out event was hosted by Adriana Lawton, Vice President and Relationship Manager of the Not-for-Profit & Government banking team at Truist; Kathy Bremer, Managing Director of BoardWalk Consulting; and Dave Mathews, Partner with Sterling Seacrest Pritchard. 

The focus of this year’s event was “Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence” and featured keynote speaker Marjorie Colas, Senior Facilitator with the Disney Institute. Marjorie has held a variety of roles within the Disney company for over 20 years. In 2006, she was selected to be one of two Walt Disney World Ambassadors and traveled worldwide representing Walt Disney World. 

The conference also included a CEO Panel followed by table discussions and networking opportunities. The panel was moderated by Joe Arnold, Truist Team Leader, Retired Not-for-Profit & Government Banking. Panelists included Tomer Zvulun, The Carl W. Knoblock, Jr. General & Artistic Director with the Atlanta Opera; Belisa Urbina, CEO with Ser Familia; and Elizabeth Finnerty, President & CEO with Skyland Trail.
