The Clayton County Office of Economic Development is set to host its highly anticipated Economic Development Bus Tour on April 9^th, 2025, offering an exclusive look at key sites primed for future retail and lifestyle development. This signature event will bring together developers, investors, and community leaders to explore opportunities that will shape the future of Clayton County’s commercial landscape.

The tour will highlight several strategic development sites, including high-visibility areas near Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Gillem Logistics Center, and Clayton State University. With a focus on attracting entertainment, retail, and mixed-use projects akin to Topgolf, Ponce City Market, and Avalon, the event aims to position Clayton County as a premier destination for business expansion and investment.
